Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines ACI, Inc. Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Responsible for inspecting architectural works under construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications and provision of the contract.

Specific Duties

  • Conducts regular inspection of on-going projects to ensure compliance of the contractor with the plans, specifications and contractual provisions of the project.
  • Prepares periodic status report of contractor's accomplishments which will be used as basis for computing accomplishment billings.
  • Monitors progress of works according to schedule and advises project engineer on status.
  • Coordinates and witnesses testing of materials as required in the contract.
  • Inspects delivery of owner-supplied materials to ensure compliance of specifications.
  • Attends regular jobsite meetings.
  • Assists the Project Architect in providing and maintaining an adequate system for receiving, storing, and accounting for the issuance of materials, supplies, tools and equipment at jobsite.
  • Assists the Project Architect in maintaining files, documents, records and other correspondences received and transmitted at jobsite.
  • Accompanies owner/consultant/government inspector during visits at jobsite.
  • Performs other related duties as required by the Project Architect.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Architecture.
  • Has relevant experience in construction works
  • Amenable to work onsite
