About the role

MOA Architectural Designs' is seeking an experienced Site Architect / Engineer to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Site Architect / Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and construction of our prestigious architectural projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure architectural plans and blueprints adhere to client requirements, building codes, and industry standards
  • Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and address any issues that arise during the building process
  • Manage subcontractors and oversee the implementation of construction plans
  • Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and project updates for clients and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team to resolve challenges and ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, building technologies, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Site Architect or Site Engineer in the design and construction industry
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of CAD software and other design and project management tools
