About the Role

BizuGroupe—home to some of the Philippines' most beloved food and lifestyle brands—is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in retail marketing, digital campaigns, and content production, working across a portfolio that includes Bizu Patisserie, Bizu Catering Studio, Happy Garden Café, and Al Bacchio.

You will be involved in coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, managing campaign timelines, supporting content execution, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, in-store promotions, and other digital platforms
  • Assist in coordinating product launches and promotional initiatives for both retail and online channels
  • Manage and update content calendars, digital asset libraries, and campaign trackers
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Draft basic copy and support community engagement across platforms
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform future campaigns
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, PR/PO tracking, and marketing reports
  • Assist in compiling post-campaign results and performance analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing support role (internship or agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Shopify
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
  • A genuine interest in food, branding, and lifestyle marketing
