The Marketing Assistant provides vital support to the Marketing and Business Development team in maintaining client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing and sales initiatives. This role involves coordination with clients, insurance partners, and internal departments to help achieve company objectives, maintain client satisfaction, and uphold operational excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Account Support and Coordination

  • Assist in maintaining and servicing both new and renewal accounts.
  • Help coordinate with insurance partners and internal departments for policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Support in the preparation and tracking of client requirements and documentation.

2. Marketing and Sales Assistance

  • Assist in gathering quotations and proposals from insurance partners.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, proposals, and renewal notices.
  • Support the monitoring of sales and production targets.

3. Client Service Support

  • Assist in responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help schedule client meetings and visitations when required.
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure all updates are properly documented.

4. Reporting and Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare and submit required weekly or monthly reports (e.g., marketing updates, production reports).
  • Ensure proper filing, tracking, and safekeeping of marketing and policy-related documents.
  • Provide data and information needed for management reporting.

5. Operational Efficiency

  • Practice resourcefulness and cost efficiency in daily activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Assist in monitoring collections and account receivables when needed.

6. Learning and Development

  • Stay informed about company products, services, and market trends.
  • Participate in training sessions or activities that enhance job performance.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or any related field.

Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in marketing, insurance, reinsurance, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts and marketing processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer-oriented with a professional and proactive attitude.
  • Team player with a positive and cooperative approach.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
