    • Record payables from BIR and upon receiving Material Receiving Reports (MRRs).

    • Print Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs).

  • Manage Journal and Adjustment Entries:

    • Process all liquidations of advances after verification.

    • Record all online payments and other transactions.

    • Create reclassification entries for advances released to suppliers (e.g., Sayarot, etc.) for VAT purposes.

  • Tax Compliance & Documentation:

    • Quarterly input of data into BIR Alphalist for VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT), and Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax (SAWT).

    • Prepare and issue BIR Form 2307 to suppliers.

    • File released check vouchers.

  • Scanning & Archiving:

    • Scan all documents after release and attach them in QuickBooks.
