Job Description:

  • Analyzing Transactions, ensure completeness of attachments for RFPs and preparation of AP Invoices and
  • Outgoing Payments Bank Reconciliation
  • Preparation of 2307 (withholding tax certificate for suppliers)
  • Checking and processing of payment of government mandatories and etc (utilities)
  • Processing of check voucher for payroll
  • Assists on month-end closing.
  • Assist in Monthly and Yearly Audit
  • Monitoring of AP and Advances
  • Filing and organizing Accounting Documents
  • Quarterly Alpha list for EWT and VAT Relief (SLSP)
  • All other tasks that may be assigned to you are related to the performance of your duties and responsibilities.

EXACT LOCATION: Bldg F. Phoenix Sun Business Park E Rodriguez Jr. Ave Bagumbayan Libis Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
