MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Process payments from both member and affiliates onto the RCI core systems

b) Create invoicing and journal postings into the Oracle accounting system

c) Action member queries raised by the Call Centre to meet strict SLA's

d) Reconcile all cash collected to the RCI core systems and resolve any differences

e) Work with the Finance Supervisor to improve processes

f) Ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance supervisor

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Accounts/Finance related
  • 6-12 months Accounts/Finance related experiences
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Working within an operational finance environment
  • Finance background
  • Knowledge of RCI products and services
  • Customer Service
