Work Setup: Nightshift | Hybrid, 2–4x a week RTO (Return to Office)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV files
  • Aggregate and normalize large sets of investor data (commitments, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions)
  • Ensure data integrity for standardized and customized reporting
  • Collaborate with Client Service, Fund Reporting, and other internal departments
  • Support fund controller in feeder fund annual audit
  • Assist in implementing and tracking KPIs
  • Help develop and automate efficient processes with the tech team
  • Maintain and improve reporting procedures
  • Ensure timely delivery of all reports
  • Additional tasks based on capacity, skill, and interest

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1+ year experience in Hedge Fund and/or Private Equity
  • 1+ year Audit experience in Wealth & Asset Management
  • Knowledge of Post-Audit Review and Pre-Audit Planning
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with large data sets is a plus

Must-Have Skills

  • 1+ year Audit experience under Wealth and Asset Management
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Background or knowledge in Post-Audit Review and Pre-Audit Planning
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter attitude

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience handling large data sets
