Position: Fund Senior Analyst (Audit)

Work Schedule: Nightshift

Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000 (Negotiable)

Work Set Up: Hybrid Work Set Up (2-4x in a month work on site)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 1 year of Audit working experience engage in Alternative Investment funds, Private Equity Funds, and Real Estate funds
  • Amenable to work on a night shift work schedule.
  • Experience working in a Auditing Firm

Job Descriptions:

  • Examine the NAV files for quarterly private equity funds and monthly hedge funds.
  • Combine, collate, and standardize massive datasets of investor information from hedge funds and private equity firms.
  • Make that all standardized and adaptable reporting has data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal customer departments such as fund reporting and client service.
  • assist the fund controller with the annual audit of the feeder fund.
  • Promote the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their monitoring
  • Work with the technology team to automate operations and contribute to the creation of effective processes and procedures.
  • Create, carry out, and maintain protocols
  • Make sure all reports are delivered on time.
  • Other task as assigned
