Retail Account Executive

1. Client Support & Coordination
Act as a reliable point of contact for daily requests, meeting notes, and follow-ups; document action items and ensure next steps are clear and on track.
2. Project Tracking & Delivery
Maintain timelines, status trackers, and checklists; flag risks early and support issue escalation to the Account Manager/Director as needed.
- Brief & Creative Administration
Help translate client briefs into job orders. Assists in preparing decks, organizing references, conducting internal research for strategy building.
4. Brand Stewardship & Market Awareness
Uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and creative integrity across all deliverables. Proactively flag potential brand conflicts, monitor competitor activity, and stay informed on industry trends.
5. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments (e.g., creatives, industrial and spatial design team, production, e-commerce, strategy) and external suppliers to ensure integrated execution. Help align timelines, expectations, and outputs across stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.
6. Financial & Operational Management
Support cost estimate (CE) preparation, approvals, and account-level budget tracking. Coordinate with Finance for smooth billing setup and timely invoicing while ensuring documentation accuracy.
7. Production Support
Assist in campaign production from concept to execution, especially for in-store, on-ground, and O+O activations. Coordinate with teams and suppliers to meet timelines and maintain quality standards.
8. Client Growth
Help identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Contribute to proposals and business development efforts to convert leads into actionable work.
10. Adaptability & Initiative
Proactively take on evolving scopes, pivot when needed, and contribute to scaling the team's capabilities. Embrace flexibility in responsibilities and help strengthen internal processes and team growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- 1-2 years experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a similar role - preferably within an advertising, retail, or marketing agency setting.
- Experience managing client relationships and supporting integrated campaign delivery.
- Hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams (creative, production, digital, etc.).
- Exposure to retail brands, activations, e-commerce, or O+O workflows is an advantage.

- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills; confident in client interactions and team collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to turn client briefs into actionable solutions.
- Confident in presentations, ideation, and contributing to discussions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project/workflow management tools.
- Basic knowledge of campaign financials (cost estimates, approvals, budget tracking).
- Familiarity with omnichannel campaigns, activations, and POSM development is a plus.
