We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury to oversee the company's cash management, banking transactions, and financial controls. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and safeguarding of company funds while supporting overall financial stability and growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical ability, and a solid background in treasury operations or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, bank transactions, and fund transfers.
  • Prepare and review cash position reports, bank reconciliations, and liquidity forecasts.
  • Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize banking services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Oversee and train treasury staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Provide recommendations for improving cash management strategies and financial processes.
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance teams on fund allocations and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in treasury, finance, or accounting;
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, bank operations, and financial controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
