
Key Account Specialist

Job description Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow distributor key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Lead the execution of sales plans, trade programs, and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure proper implementation of company policies and trade initiatives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Support order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely remittances.
- Provide leadership and guidance to field sales teams in delivering sales targets.
Qualifications:
- College graduate or at least 2nd-year college level.
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in frontline sales or sales operations.
Key Knowledge and Competencies:
- Solid understanding of trade channels, POP, and merchandising concepts.
- Familiarity with sales and distribution systems and processes.
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge, including remittance procedures. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence with integrity.
- Effective selling and negotiation skills. Analytical, results-oriented, and driven to deliver executional excellence.
- Ability to collaborate and enable results through others.
