Job Brief: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide administrative and operational support for Personal Lines insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day servicing requests, manage documentation, and assist with quoting new and renewal business. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with insurance systems and workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle servicing requests such as Certificates, Endorsements, Change Requests, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, and Cancellations.
  • Process new and renewal quotes using PL Rater.
  • Manage and update client information accurately in the system.
  • Assist with policy changes and ensure proper documentation and communication with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure all servicing activities comply with company and carrier standards.
  • Support the Account Manager in maintaining client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain organized digital records and adhere to confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in Personal Lines.
  • Proficiency in PL Rater and other insurance management systems (e.g., Applied EPIC, AMS360).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
