Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage.
  • Sort, label, stamp new parts deliveries before store the items in their designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, locations and transactions using an inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and audit to maintain accurate stock levels and report any issues to your immediate superior/management.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by arranging stock, removing clutter, and optimizing space.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, warehouse procedures, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals and support a smooth logistical process.
  • Assist in picking and preparing orders for dispatch.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items and stand for extended periods.
  • Organizational Skills: Crucial for managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining order.
  • Attention to Detail: Important for accurate inventory counting, damage inspection, and order verification.
  • Basic Math and Computer Skills: Required for inventory tracking, data entry, and creating invoices.
  • Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Safety Awareness: Must follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Automotive course, or any 2-year vocational or technical diploma (preferred)
  • With experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City
