Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
  • Knowledgeable in barcode/inventory systems and basic MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Physically fit to work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit incoming summary reports to the Inventory Section.
  • Regularly check incoming transactions in the Barcode System against the supplier's actual Delivery Receipt (DR).
  • Monitor and encode all documents from the Trading Section.
  • Submit daily cancel/insert reports to the Trading Section.
  • Submit leftover summaries and return item summaries from franchisees to the Trading Section.
  • Monitor the daily stock preparation of warehousemen, including Barcode System picking.
  • Upload daily transactions of Sales Orders (SO) of franchisees into the Barcode System.
  • Oversee warehouse operations in Clusters A, B, and AC Room.
  • Submit weekly item monitoring reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Protect stocks from damage, spoilage, and pilferage.
  • Assist in achieving the objectives of the department and the company as a whole.

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
