  • Shall make comparative study on local and imported competitor products and do compilation for future reference.
  • Shall be responsible to conduct market survey and consumer taste tests, including coordination of product competitor procurement, preparation and assembly of sample product.
  • Shall prepare product samples for basic evaluations, studies, and product feedback gathering.
  • Monitor the status of the project under development.
  • Shall be responsible in the implementation of new product launch (NPL) and shall ensure every detail has been carried out to consumer panel to validate the acceptability of the product to its target consumers.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research in the market and shall provide accurate decision-making data to management for use in improving products.
  • Submit all technical reports at specified timelines to the Asst. general Manager.
  • Shall liaise with the salesman to get immediate market feedback and status of the New Product Launch.
  • Shall provide data needed for product documentation with all scientific support and references used to validate product safety, quality efficiency and general performance claims needed for production references.
  • Shall coordinate and attend weekly meeting with the Technical Department heads discussing the upcoming product launch plan.
  • Shall be responsible for the accurate and timely monitoring of the product launching schedule.
  • Shall be responsible for the accurate and safety packing of product sample for the product sampling and consumer panel.
  • Shall ensure that compliance of the Company's Rules and Regulations in the assigned area.
  • Assure that the working area is clean and well organize
