Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related course
  • With a minimum of 3 years Marketing experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Retail industries around the red meat & poultry categories as well as Food Service distributors markets within the Asia Pacific
  • With strong presentation and customer service skills
  • With excellent communications skills both in written and oral (English language)
  • Pleasant, driven and analytical
  • Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna under hybrid set-up

Job Description

  • Conduct market research to understand the market, product, and consumer trends in key sectors such as quick-service restaurants (QSR), retail (including red meat and poultry categories), and food service distribution.
  • Leverage insights by analyzing trends and assembling key data, which will be used in formal presentations to support internal product development activities and help customers identify new product opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, industry news, and macroeconomic shifts to support internal product development activities and help customers identify new product opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market feasibility studies to evaluate the potential success of new products, services, or market initiatives.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate market research findings and feasibility study results.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging food trends and industry innovations, and collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and R&D teams to conceptualize new food product ideas that align with both customer needs and the latest market trends
