Research and Development Officer (New Product Development) Product Development & Innovation Lead the development and improvement of products within your assigned category Conduct product research, experimental design, and action planning for new and improved offerings Create and maintain technical documentation including formulations, processes, and revision histories Manage the creation and updates of Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP Quality & Process Standardization Develop gold quality standards, packaging specifications, and process parameters Ensure seamless technology transfer to manufacturing sites and outsource suppliers Standardize formulations and processes across all production locations Validate data and review existing standards for continuous improvement Technical Support & Collaboration Recommend equipment upgrades, process improvements, and alternative raw materials Provide timely updates on project progress and development activities Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical assistance on R&D matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and commercial readiness Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, or any related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in research and development function in a food manufacturing industry is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
