As a ServiceNow Developer, you will configure, integrate, and optimize ServiceNow modules, resolve system issues, and support automation initiatives to enhance legal services operations

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent project management and time-management skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business problems and provide guidance to the team on strategies that will produce successful results
• Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UIScripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environments
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, SPM, and CSM ServiceNow modules preferred
• Experience with Integration Hub, Service Bridge, ITOM, and ITAM desirable
• Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, Angular, RESTful, etc.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM V3 processes
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST around APIs
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer preferred

Your Daily Tasks

• Be well versed with the application deployment and configuration baselines and understanding of how the application environment operates in a secure environment and how exceptions are handled during operations
• Diagnose and isolate issues through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system-related issues
• Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to ensure user experience and general system usability
• Analyze and validate data for successful migration between environments
• Process and prepare data for uploads to systems during migrations
• Work with architects and analysts on related projects including service automation and platform integration support
• Ensure appropriate approvals for any process change, maintaining the usability of the data being migrated
• Demonstrate good judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities
