Key Responsibilities

  • Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless functionality and safety of all resort facilities, focusing on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Execute technical repairs with a high degree of accuracy (95% success rate), ensuring no repeat problems arise.
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM): Complete all assigned PM tasks 100% on schedule monthly to prevent system failures.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all electrical and safety protocols, maintaining a record of zero safety violations.
  • Response Time: Respond promptly to all repair requests, aiming to be within 15 minutes.
  • System Uptime: Ensure 98-100% uptime for all resort electrical systems and equipment.
  • Pool & Pump System: Maintain 100% daily operational reliability for all pool and pump components, including motors, lighting, and bubblers.
  • Productivity: Complete the minimum number of work orders set by management daily/weekly.
  • Energy Efficiency: Submit monthly reports and suggestions for energy-saving initiatives.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper Maintenance Logs & Documentation, submitting reports for each task on the same day.
  • Guest Service: Ensure 100% quick resolution of guest technical concerns, closing all issues within 24 hours.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Resort Technician or Electrician.
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing various electrical systems and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow safety and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and professional demeanor for effective team coordination and guest handling.
  • Commitment to high productivity and efficiency.
