The Role

We are seeking a
Maintenance Manager, Mechanical
who will take the lead in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our plant's mechanical systems and equipment. This is a leadership role suited for a mechanical engineer with strong technical expertise and proven supervisory experience.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise the mechanical maintenance team and ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and improve equipment reliability, and maintenance KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, QA, and other departments to support operational goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer
    (PRC Registered) is a must
  • At least
    10 years experience
    in plant maintenance, preferably in food, beverage, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of utilities (boilers, chillers, compressors) and production machinery.
  • Familiar with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies (an advantage).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
