Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (with 1-2 years in a supervisory role).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily team activities and coordinate campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor performance using analytics and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage marketing budgets and collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative).
  • Assist with corporate compliance and manage vendor relationships.

Work Setup

  • Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite in BGC, Taguig and days WFH.
