You Will ContributeLead the development of the trade marketing component of the category annual plans (contract process). Understand market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to inform trade marketing strategic decisions.

Lead business planning meetings to build sales quotas aligned with annual plans. Suggest and influence investments in category building blocks based on category and channel needs; ensure execution excellence at the point of sale. Monitor competitors' commercial activities to identify business opportunities and potential threats.

Lead within multi-category teams by providing relevant channel point-of-sale information to identify opportunities such as innovations, promotions, portfolio adjustments, and pricing strategies to meet multi-category targets. What You
