You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers, and work with key account managers to implement plans to meet our annual targets. How you will contributeYou will:Lead the development of the trade marketing component of the category annual plans (contract process). Understand market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to contribute to trade marketing strategic decisions.
Lead business planning meetings where sales quotas are established to achieve annual plans based on strategic building blocks. Suggest and influence investments in category building blocks according to category and channel needs, ensuring execution excellence at the point of sale. Monitor competitors' commercial activities within the category to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
Play a leadership role within multi-category teams by providing accurate and relevant channel point-of-sale information to identify opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio adjustments, pricing strategies, etc., to meet multi-category targets. Experience in developing and delivering plans, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets. Business planning skills and strategies to maximize revenue growth. Ability to influence stakeholders and interact effectively with others, demonstrating courage and resilience to present alternative viewpoints.
