JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for identifying opportunities and develop relationships with Institutional Sales Partners. Sales Coordinator will be focused for the applicable sales presentation, conference, or opportunity for the institutional partners. He is also responsible for the attainment of the Institutional Sales' sales target across all territories assigned by the Head of Sales.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  1. Identifies possible institutional sales partners across all territories.

  2. On board institutional sales partners based on given target of institutional sales partners monthly.

  3. Creates product presentation materials and conducts sales presentations with institutional partners, prospects and/or clients.

  4. Initiates and follows up on potential clients/prospects from institutional partners.

  5. Cultivate and maintain the relationship of the company with existing institutional partners by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.

  6. Collaborates with Marketing Department on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and effective for the current and potential institutional partners.

  7. Submission of sales reports, monthly sales strategies, calendar of activities, plans and recommendation in coordination with your respective Branch Sales Heads, as may be required by the Head of Sales and/or management.

  8. Achievement of set monthly sales targets.

  9. Performance of other initiatives as may be required by Branch Sales Head, Head of Sales and/or management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of any 4 year course

Experience: At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

  • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organizations.
