The Role:

We're looking for an AI Creative Researcher / Prompt Engineer, a curious technologist who lives inside tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Midjourney, and whatever launches next.

You'll experiment relentlessly, compare outputs, and document how to get extraordinary creative results from AI. Your findings will directly power our editors, storytellers, and designers, helping the entire studio move faster, smarter, and more creatively.

This role is for people who don't just use AI, they study it, break it, and rebuild it into systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Test and evaluate new AI tools daily (video, image, text, and automation).
  • Design and refine prompt chains that replicate high-level creative and strategic reasoning.
  • Build and maintain an internal AI playbook with workflows, examples, and output libraries.
  • Collaborate with editors and creative directors to integrate AI into real production workflows.
  • Experiment with automation tools such as ChatGPT, Make, Runway, OpusClip, Pika, and similar platforms.
  • Measure performance impact and continuously improve each iteration.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to White Plains, Quezon City.

Requirements:

  • Deep familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or RunwayML.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience (Make, Zapier, Python, or API logic) is a plus.
  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated habit of documenting experiments (Notion, Google Docs, Discord, etc.).
  • Portfolio, GitHub, blog, or thread showing curiosity, experimentation, and a problem-solving mindset.
