We're looking for an AI Story Architect, a creative technologist who designs end-to-end storytelling pipelines powered by AI.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, psychology, and automation. You'll connect human creativity with machine intelligence to help us produce performance-driven content that feels emotional, alive, and scalable.

This is not a traditional creative strategist role. It's for someone who builds systems, not just ideas, and who sees AI as a creative partner, not a shortcut.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and build AI-assisted storytelling systems for brand, ad, and lifestyle content.
  • Use GPT, Claude, and other LLMs to generate concepts, hooks, story frameworks, and emotional arcs.
  • Collaborate with editors, media buyers, and on-camera talent to translate ideas into cinematic story structures.
  • Prototype and test creative agents, prompt chains, and automation workflows.
  • Measure narrative performance (hook retention, watch time, conversions) and feed insights back into your systems for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creative strategy, scriptwriting, content architecture, or storytelling systems
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Notion AI, or similar
  • Strong understanding of story psychology, human attention, and social video dynamics
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental creative environments
  • Obsessed with optimization, iteration, and documentation
