Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition (50%)
- Understand the local digital media ecosystem and the relationships between brands, agencies and vendors to leverage Acceler8's proprietary solutions and address client pain points
- Prospect for potential clients from local independent media or creative agencies and secure initial touch points
- Identify specific client pain points and recommend tailored solutions to address these and give tangible value to the partnership
- Secure new revenue streams through bespoke solutions or managed services
Client Renewal & Growth (20%)
- Understand current and past engagements with existing clients to identify potential opportunities for continued growth
- Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients and secure feedback on availed services
- Coordinate client feedback with the Campaign Management and Development teams, and oversee the implementation or deployment of requested features or services
- Secure recurring billings by offering complementary solutions or building on existing success or pain points that the client may have
Project Management & Campaign Success (30%)
- Craft winning campaign proposals based on client briefs and requests
- Coordinate with both external and internal stakeholders for the day-to-day operations of campaigns and implementation of bespoke solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction through 100% achievement of client KPIs and rapid delivery of ad hoc client requests
- Create and present post-campaign reports, quarterly business reviews and case studies to be used as proofs of concept for client renewal
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years' experience in digital media specifically within the disciplines of account management, business development / enterprise, and sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
- A proven track record in building rapport with clients and partners that translates into tangible business results
- Highly curious about AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with programmatic buying, paid social, or performance marketing is a plus.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while asking the right strategic questions to ensure alignment.
