What is your mission?
We are looking for a Service Desk Agent to manage and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. In this role, you'll ensure data integrity, configure and customize workflows, develop insightful dashboards, and support business teams with CRM best practices. If you have experience in Dynamics 365 administration, data management, and CRM integrations, this is your opportunity to drive efficiency and user adoption across the organization.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365: entities, fields, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and service teams.
- Manage user access, roles, and security.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and process guidelines.
- Import, cleanse, and maintain data within the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to align CRM with business needs.
- Support CRM-related projects, including integrations with other systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement).
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with customization and configuration (entities, fields, workflows, business rules).
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
- Skilled in CRM reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Experience with CRM integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php130, Php140,000.00 per month
