About the role

Join the dynamic HR team at LMercado Agri-farms' as an HR Assistant. This full-time role in San Pedro City, Laguna will provide you the opportunity to contribute to the overall HR operations and support the strategic HR initiatives of the company. As an HR Assistant, you will be a key member of the Consulting & Generalist HR team, ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services to our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programmes
  2. Process employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  4. Support the coordination of training and development activities
  5. Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
  6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative role
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  6. Knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation
