OSP (Outside Plant) Supervisor

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Outside Plant (OSP) and Structured Cabling sales and project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end project lifecycle, including sales, planning, engineering, implementation, and documentation.
  • Proficient in various OSP and Structured Cabling technologies and solutions, including experience working with outsourced service providers.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Planning & Documentation

  2. Prepare BOQ/BOM, Site Engineering (SE) reports, tools and equipment lists, and other technical documents required for bids and opportunity submissions (e.g., product specifications, data sheets, methodologies, manpower leveling plans, etc.).

  3. Lead project planning efforts for OSP and structured cabling works, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

  4. Cross-Functional & Client Coordination

  5. Attend alignment meetings and project kick-off sessions (online or face-to-face) with clients and internal departments to review the scope of work for each technology area.

  6. Submit technical assumptions within the bid timeline, in coordination with the commercial team, passive team, and solutions architects.

  7. Engineering & Site Activities

  8. Conduct or attend site surveys, technical trainings, and client meetings as necessary, either at the client's premises or designated facilities.

  9. Ensure compliance with project requirements and technical standards.

  10. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

  11. Support pre-sales activities by conducting product presentations and assisting in marketing OSP and structured cabling solutions in partnership with the sales team.

  12. Project Execution & Resource Management

  13. Oversee resource allocation and manage implementation efforts, ensuring proper execution of OSP and structured cabling projects.

  14. Lead the project management process from mobilization to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
