KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing and administering all company and government-mandated benefits.
- Ensures accurate processing, compliance with statutory regulations, and timely support to employees regarding their benefits and entitlements.
- Managing both company and government mandatory benefits such as MEDICARD, Bereavement assistance, and all government benefits.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefit programs (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems (an advantage).
