KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing and administering all company and government-mandated benefits.
  • Ensures accurate processing, compliance with statutory regulations, and timely support to employees regarding their benefits and entitlements.
  • Managing both company and government mandatory benefits such as MEDICARD, Bereavement assistance, and all government benefits.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefit programs (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems (an advantage).
