As a Client Service Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients, their employees, and internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and excellent service outcomes. You'll focus on building strong relationships, proactively resolving issues quickly, and working with internal teams to create a positive and inclusive culture.

In addition to managing existing accounts, you'll play an active role in identifying opportunities for team expansion and service enhancement, helping drive the sales process from initial discussions to client onboarding. Working closely with our Australian and recruitment team, you'll present tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and help close new or expanded clients' engagements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-based selling, problem-solving, helping clients grow their teams, and ensuring those teams are engaged, supported, and feel they are a part of the BMG family.

Job Descriptions:

Client Relationship Management:


• Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for assigned client accounts.


• Facilitate regular meetings between client and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.


• Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback loops.


• Support employees assigned to client accounts to ensure they are well-supported, engaged, and performing effectively; proactively identify and address any concerns in their delivery or work.


• Address and resolve service delivery issues efficiently, maintaining a client-first approach.


• Maintain awareness of client business changes to anticipate future needs.

Business Growth & Sales Support:


• Identify opportunities for team expansion and service enhancement within existing accounts.


• Support the sales process by preparing proposals, presenting tailored solutions, and onboarding for new or expanding clients.


• Contribute to client retention and renewal efforts through proactive relationship management.


• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure candidates are a good fit for the client's needs.

Operations & Process Improvement:


• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery and efficiency.


• Provide consultative guidance on staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing/offshoring strategies.


• Work cross-functionally with Recruitment, HR, IT, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and their employees.

Requirements / Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Management, HR, or a related field.


• 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO, HR, or recruitment environment.


• Understanding of Accounting / Bookkeeping roles is preferred


• Understanding of the recruitment process and being able to map and market a candidate to the clients' needs.


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/account management tools.


• Collaborative, proactive, and attentive to detail, with a team-oriented mindset.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
