About the Role:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Junior Associate — someone digitally savvy, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in content and digital marketing. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or those with internship experience in marketing, communications, or multimedia.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content (social media graphics, captions, short-form videos, etc.)

  • Support campaign execution and help keep calendars and files updated

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and suggest creative ideas

  • Willing to appear in camera-facing content (e.g., TikToks, livestreams, reels)

  • Help track basic performance data and prepare simple reports

  • Collaborate with the team while also managing individual tasks responsibly

Who We're Looking For:

  • Familiar with Canva, Capcut or is at least comfortable with learning basic creative creation tools

  • Has a strong understanding of social media trends and platforms

  • Interested in end-to-end content creation

  • Creative, inquisitive, detail-oriented, and highly organized

  • Comfortable in front of the camera

  • Enjoys learning and is open to being coached

  • A team player who also takes initiative and follows instructions independently

  • Available to work onsite at least 4 times a week

It's a Plus If You Have:

  • Internship or freelance experience in marketing, communications, or content creation

  • A degree or coursework in marketing, multimedia, communication, or a related field

  • Previous experience with managing social media accounts
