Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and record daily sales from all laundry shop branches.
  • Monitor and reconcile POS (Point of Sale) reports across shops.
  • Check, track, and manage inventory of stocks in each branch.
  • Collect and ensure accurate sales reporting from Doroci Jewelry store.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with branch staff to resolve sales or inventory discrepancies.
  • Support the finance team with other tasks as required.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, cashiering, or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic POS systems.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle financial transactions responsibly.
  • Willing to travel between branches for collection and monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
