US Tax Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounting Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in accounting
and a strong understanding of core accounting principles.

As an
Accounting Associate
, you will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations and maintaining the
accuracy and integrity of financial records
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice and payment processing, and collections
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities
