The Branch Associate - City of San Fernando Pampanga Branch is responsible for process pension loan applications, maintain Sales and Operations files, performing cashiering and some Admin and Facilities Management functions in his/her area.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire & Permanent

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

A. Branch SOA - Processor

  • Encoding and Updating of client profile ( Existing/new clients)
  • Encoding
  • Counter checking all documents before releasing of loan
  • Conduct Branch Telesales ; Log Successful /Unsuccessful BTS calls
  • Assists client inquiries /concerns /problems such as Loan Balance , UA/SP and Certificate of Full Payment .

B. Branch SOA - Cashier (but not limited)

  • Cash Management - accept and prepares Official Receipt (OR), Provisional Receipt (PR) and Daily Collection Report
  • Disbursement - Proceeds of loans and disburse
  • Petty Cash Fund/Refund

Other Skills / Competencies Required:

  • Highly organized and very keen on details.
  • Average communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to collect and analyze information, solve problems and make decisions.
  • Proficient in using official company applications like google workforce.
  • Ability to work independently on given tasks and assignments;
  • Average negotiation skills and sources with suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree on any business related course.
  • Minimum of six (6) months or more working experience in the related field.
  • Willing to be assigned at our City of San Fernando, Pampanga BRANCH (2/F Plaza Cristina Bldg. Dolores Intersection, San Fernando City, Pampanga 2000).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php14,000.00 per month
