What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing accurate information and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Process financial transactions such as payments, transfers, and account maintenance requests
  3. Assist customers with account-related issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. At least HS/SHS Graduate or Completed 2 years in College + 1 year customer-facing experience orCollege graduate + NO CCE required
  2. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the financial services industry
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide clear, concise information
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions
  5. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
