Position Title: Asst. Chief Engineer
Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for all equipment operations in the hotel and supervision of all technicians on duty. Delegate job responsibilities according to priority, manage the utilities consumption such as electricity, water and gas. Take immediate action on all out of order / non- functional equipment which affect the hotel operations of disturb guest comfort. Follow up work request from all departments, assign technician to check all hotel equipment functionality. Monitor on the efficient / prompt response of event/function requirements in order to support banquet operations. Responsible of all engineering equipment regarding quality and quantity before and after the event. Monitor all works carried out by outside contractor such as maintenance contract or new works / upgrades. Give training or share knowledge to technician in order to carry out the job effectively and efficiently.
