Responsibilities:

  • Shall validate the residence, business operation and personal data of the borrower
  • Shall verify deposit handling from various banks thru phone calls or actual visit.
  • Shall verify loan dealings (borrowing dealings) from various banks, financing institutions and private lending companies thru phone calls or actual visit
  • Shall verify trade dealings and client dealings of the borrower thru phone calls
  • Shall verify lifestyle of the borrower from any person in the communities where the borrower is involved (neighborhood, business and others)
  • Shall conduct credit bureau verification thru CIC, CMAP, Google and NFIS (court cases, credit cards, deposit and borrowing dealings
  • Shall validate and confirm financial statements submitted by the borrower, then analyze and prepare re-constructed financial statements if necessary
  • Shall prepare credit investigation report (CIR)
  • Shall perform other task that may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy or any related course.
  • At least one year to two years of experience related to the position.
  • Can drive light vehicles
  • Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good analytical skills
