We are looking for a driven and experienced Credit Investigator / Collector to join the AGNP Corporation / Fil Siklos Enterprise' team in Rosario, Cavite. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the financial health of the company by investigating credit applications and collecting outstanding debts. You will be a key member of our credit management department, playing a crucial part in maintaining our strong financial position.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing credit applications and assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers
  • Conducting thorough investigations to verify the accuracy of information provided in credit applications
  • Liaising with customers to collect outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans
  • Maintaining detailed records of all credit investigations and collection activities
  • Identifying and escalating high-risk accounts to management
  • Providing regular reports on the status of the credit portfolio
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of credit management policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a credit investigation or debt collection role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess credit risk
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
  • Proficient in data analysis and record-keeping
  • Thorough understanding of credit regulations and legislation
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
