Senior Marketing Officer

RequirementsBachelor's degree or above.Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing planning.Ability to work independently.Solid understanding of marketing theories and strategies.Hands-on experience in executing across various media channels (e.g., TV commercials, transit ads, streamers, digital ads, etc.).Capable of tailoring strategies to different audiences, with strong skills in post-execution analysis and optimization.Highly responsible, resilient under pressure.Adaptable to diverse team collaboration and strong time management skills.Flexible in a rapidly changing market environment and quick learner.Passionate, creative, strong in communication and coordination.Good proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Job ResponsibilitiesManage social media campaigns and strategies for gaming marketing, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.Write and optimize ad copy, and plan creative materials.Plan and execute online/offline campaigns, including performance tracking and data analysis.Develop, execute, and negotiate cross-industry collaboration projects.Evaluate the suitability of KOLs and influencers across different platforms.Promote and maintain product and brand image.Preferred QualificationsStrong in data analysis and number-sensitive.Experience in online advertising operations and social media management.Experience in planning and executing live streaming campaigns.Passionate about gaming and betting, with strong enthusiasm for the industry.Team player with a 1+1 > 2 mindset.Highly curious and eager to learn.Resilient, with strong perseverance, not afraid of rejection.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid trainingWork Location: In person
