We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

● Analyze recruitment data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process

● Develop and maintain comprehensive sourcing strategies using market research and competitive intelligence

● Research and recommend new talent pools, platforms, and communities to diversify candidate pipelines

● Track, measure, and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)

● Create data visualizations and reports to communicate recruitment insights to stakeholders

● Evaluate the effectiveness of various sourcing channels and recommend resource allocation adjustments

● Conduct talent market analysis to identify industry trends and talent availability

● Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs based on strategic business projections

● Implement and optimize Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methodologies

● Stay current on emerging recruitment technologies and recommend tools to enhance sourcing capabilities

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and refine target candidate profiles

● Support company branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an company of choice

● Design and implement structured onboarding programs that align with our company culture and values

● Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials and resources for new hires

● Monitor new hire satisfaction and engagement through surveys and feedback sessions

● Analyze retention patterns to optimize the onboarding process and improve early-stage retention

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

● 2 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on data analysis and strategic sourcing

● Demonstrated experience using data to drive recruitment decisions and strategies

● Proficiency in working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

● Experience with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies

● Knowledge of various talent sourcing platforms and communities

● Excellent research skills and attention to detail

● Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively

● Experience with data visualization tools

● Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning concepts

● Experience with predictive analytics for talent acquisition

● Background in the outsourcing or BPO industry (preferred)
