We are looking for a smart, organized, and resourceful Tour & Visa Specialist who can confidently handle visa-related concerns, fill out forms accurately, and resolve travel documentation issues. You will also play a key role in creating, sourcing, and organizing affordable but quality package tours to destinations like India, Bhutan, Japan, Korea, and Europe. If you are experienced in both offline systems like Amadeus and Sabre and skilled in navigating online travel platforms, we want to meet you

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve various visa-related concerns and application processes.
  • Accurately complete and submit travel forms and visa documentation.
  • Source and organize competitive and exciting package and group tours.
  • Plan tours to destinations such as India, Bhutan, Japan, Korea, and Europe.
  • Collaborate with local and international travel partners and agencies.
  • Quote tour prices, present package options, and offer great travel deals.
  • Work with both GDS platforms (Amadeus & Sabre) and online booking tools.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of travel logistics for group tours.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in visa processing and tour packaging.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and sourcing tour packages.
  • Ability to organize well-planned and budget-friendly travel experiences.
  • Skilled in working with both online platforms and offline systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, smart, and efficient problem-solver.
