About the role
AREZA DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING CORPORATION is seeking an experienced and organised Administrator to join our team in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining and updating databases, filing systems, and other records
- Coordinating office operations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures
- Performing other general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and task completion
