We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Building Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Building Administration Department in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of the property. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who can effectively coordinate administrative and operational activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Building Administrator in daily operations and facility management tasks

Monitor and oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and security activities

Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and service providers for building-related concerns

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities

Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, permits, and inventory

Support in budget preparation, procurement, and expense monitoring

Ensure compliance with building policies, safety regulations, and local ordinances

Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, correspondence, and reporting

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in building or facility management
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic building systems and maintenance procedures is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative software
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
