Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the building's systems operate efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Uphold safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a building maintenance technician or similar role such as Painter, Carpenter, Welder, Tile Setter, Mason, and Fabricator.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues effectively.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
  • Willing to work in Mercedes Avenue, Pasig
  • Prioritizing with those willing to stay in the long-term career (DIRECT HIRE)
  • Overtime (50%), Night Differential (25%)
