Are you detail-oriented and organized? We're looking for a Report Production Services Associate to join our team

Job Description:

  • Organize and ensure timely printing, scanning, or photocopying of letters, documents, and reports.
  • Operate and perform basic maintenance on printing and photocopying equipment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safety of client files in accordance with firm standards.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships and observe prescribed work standards.

Essential Duties:

  1. Handle the organization, scanning, printing, and photocopying of highly confidential documents.

  2. Edit and make minor corrections to reports, letters, and other documents.

  3. Operate computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment as needed.

  4. Assist the Tax Librarian with administrative tasks related to TAG files.

  5. Ensure client file confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or relevant field with experience in similar tasks.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in operating and maintaining printing, scanning, and photocopying equipment.
  • Strong technical awareness and troubleshooting skills.
  • Cooperative and works well with teams.
  • Previous experience with accounting or law firms is a plus.
