Job Summary:

We are looking for a temporary Accounting Staff Reliever to support our accounting. The role is primarily focused on scanning, printing, encoding, and handling general admin-related tasks. The ideal candidate is computer literate, has a background in accounting or business, and is familiar with tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and organize financial documents.
  • Print and prepare documents needed for accounting and admin processes.
  • Encode data into accounting systems, spreadsheets, or templates with accuracy.
  • Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and electronic records.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, document tracking, and monitoring logs.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or other related courses.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and can quickly adapt to new tasks or procedures.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role is an advantage.

Other Details:

  • Office-based setup.
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Payout is every Friday, one-week process.
