Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Staff (with Printing Experience)

Job Summary:

The Electrical Maintenance Staff will be responsible for the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, machines, and equipment in a printing production environment. The role requires hands-on experience in maintaining printing machines, ensuring minimal downtime, and supporting smooth and safe production operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printing machines (e.g., offset, digital printers, cutters, laminators, packaging equipment) and facility electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic control issues related to printing operations.
  • Perform installation and calibration of electrical components and machine parts.
  • Support production teams during machine breakdowns to restore operations quickly.
  • Monitor and maintain electrical safety of machines and facility in compliance with standards.
  • Recommend and implement electrical improvements to increase machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Keep maintenance records and report on equipment performance and repair activities.
  • Ensure proper use, handling, and safekeeping of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Qualifications:
  • Vocational/Technical graduate in Electrical Technology, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent.
  • With TESDA NC II/III (Electrical Installation & Maintenance) certification is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in electrical maintenance within the printing industry.
  • Familiar with the electrical and control systems of printing machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Can read and interpret electrical diagrams, manuals, and machine schematics.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, overtime, and respond to urgent machine concerns.
